About the Role
Age & Salary
- Age 21+: £12.71 per hour
- Under 21: £10.85 per hour
Got a knack with customers? We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused team members to help deliver outstanding sales experiences in our stores.
Ideally, you will have previous retail sales experience, but if you’ve excelled in another customer-facing sales role, you could still be a great fit.
You’ll thrives in a fast-paced environment and we’ll provide the training, product knowledge, and sales skills to help you demo, explain our products, and excel in our fitting services.

Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment
- Have a proactive approach to assisting customers and understanding their needs
- Possess strong problem-solving skills
- Be available to work flexible hours on a rota basis, including weekends
- Ideally, some experience of working towards and exceeding sales targets
