Retail Sales Assistant (Motoring & Cycling) – £13.14+/£11.28+ per hour

We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals with retail sales experience—or experience from another customer-focused environment—to join our friendly team. You’ll get hands-on product knowledge, fitting training, and the full support to learn and grow at your own pace. Whether you’re keen to advance in Retail or explore opportunities elsewhere in our group, we’re here to help you reach your ambitions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless experience in our Retail sales environment
- Provide expert advice on our products, including demonstrations and explanations
- Offer practical fitting services to help customers make the most of their purchases
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a fast, efficient, and courteous demeanour
- Support customers proactively, understanding their needs and offering solutions
- Work flexibly as part of a rota, including weekends
Requirements
- Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in retail or a sales environment
- A proactive attitude towards helping customers and resolving issues
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on a rota system, including weekends
- Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets
