- Under 21: £10.85 per hour
About the Role
Got a knack with customers? Halfords is looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for retail sales.
Ideally, you already have customer-focused sales experience, but any background that showcases your ability to engage with customers will be considered. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where quick and efficient service is key.
We’ll provide in-depth product knowledge training and support you as you learn:
- How to demonstrate and explain products
- The practical aspects of fitting services

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience in delivering excellent customer service (Ideally in retail, but any sales-focused role will count)
- A proactive approach to supporting customers
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
- Ideally, some experience in hitting sales targets
