Customer Service Advisor – Retail Sales (Customer Facing)
Salary
- Age 21+: £12.71 per hour
- Under 21: £10.85 per hour

About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic, proactive individuals who thrive in customer-facing roles. While retail sales experience is ideal, if you’ve worked in any customer-focused sales environment—such as hospitality, phone support, or other retail roles—you’ll likely be a great fit with us.
You’ll need to be quick thinkers who can handle the hustle of a busy shop while delivering exceptional service. We’ll provide all the training you need to master our product range, fitting services, and customer interactions. Our focus will be on making every customer feel like they’ve left with a brilliant experience.

Key Responsibilities
To succeed in this role, you will:
- Deliver excellent customer service, with a particular emphasis on retail sales
- Take a proactive and customer-centric approach, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations
- Use strong problem-solving skills to resolve queries efficiently
- Operate on a rota basis, including weekend shifts
- Ideally have sales target experience, though your ability to drive sales will be developed

Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience in customer service, ideally within retail sales
- Demonstrate a proactive and eager attitude
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Have an enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new products and sales techniques
