Position Overview
Join GoFibre as an Outbound Customer Sales Advisor in a dynamic role with £26,227.50 + uncapped commission (up to £40,000 OTE).

About the Role
As a Customer Sales Advisor, you’ll excel in outbound sales, converting leads into customers—both new and existing—through confident, high-energy phone calls. Your day will involve:
- Generating lead volume with target-driven cold outreach
- Re-contracting & upgrading existing customer packages
- Overcoming objections while maintaining smooth, engaging conversations
- Exceeding sales targets daily and monthly
- Artemis, clear storytelling and appeal of GoFibre’s full-fibre solutions
- Adhering to strong ethical sales standards, always prioritising customer satisfaction
- Contributing a positive and energetic atmosphere to our sales team
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-frequency cold calls to identify and qualify leads
- Secure contracts by re-upping or enhancing customer packages
- Collate and update CRM systems efficiently and diligently
- Present complex options simply and compellingly with empathy and communication
- Support team objectives by fostering a collaborative, fast-paced environment
