Customer Sales Advisor
Retail Sales Consultant – Ages 21+ / Under 21
£12.71 per hour (Ages 21+) | £10.85 per hour (Under 21)

- Proven ability for quick, efficient work

About the Role

You’ll learn how to wow every customer while driving your career forward—whether in Retail or beyond, with flexible support from Halfords Group across industries and career paths.
Responsibilities
Successful candidates will:
- Provide exceptional customer service, preferably in Retail sales.
- Take a proactive approach to meeting customer needs.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- Work a rotating roster, including weekends.
- (Ideal: prior experience with sales targets).

Requirements
- Prioritised: proven ability in customer service, ideally in Retail sales.
- Willing to:

- Commit to a rota-based schedule (including weekends).
- Solve challenges with initiative.
