Customer Sales Advisor – Cycling Products (UK)
About the Role
Our client is a market leader in the supply of cycling-related products in the UK and is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Sales Advisor. Essential to this role is a familiarity with cycling terminology and a technical understanding of cycles, particularly Road and MTB bikes.
This position ensures the company maintains its excellent industry reputation for customer service and contributes to their ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Team Manager, the ideal candidate must:
- Manage an independent workload with confidence
- Deliver expert technical advice on products
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Be a team player with a track record of goal achievement, preferably within the cycling sector

Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Processing inbound sales calls and emails
- Making outbound sales calls to promote offers and new products
- Providing technical support and product advice
- Coordinating with Brand and Sales teams to ensure optimal customer support
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles
- Fundamental knowledge of Road and MTB bikes
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken English is essential)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
