What’s it like to be a Sales Assistant?

Your role will bring a passion for customer service and a hands-on approach to each day.

  • Customer-focused sales: Building strong relationships in person or over the phone to ensure customers receive high-standard service and meet both their current and future needs.
  • Safety-first mentality: Upholding workplace safety standards to protect everyone and maintain a positive, secure environment.
  • Broad product knowledge: Leveraging our expanded product range (collected from partner businesses) to offer customers more materials, tools, and services than ever before.
  • Practical roles: Processing orders, loading/unloading vehicles, and accurately recording deliveries in our Yard and Warehouse.

  • Teamwork mindset: Skilled at stepping outside your role to support colleagues and the branch community as needed.
  • Willingness to learn: No prior expertise in building materials is required—we’ll provide on-the-job training.
