Customer Sales Executive

Customer Sales Executive – Wakefield Office (Full-Time or Part-Time/Job Share Available)

This is a exciting opportunity to join our Customer Sales Team in Wakefield, where you can grow your sales and account management skills—with the potential to progress into a senior role or explore other business functions.


About the Role

We are looking for proactive, self-motivated individuals to join our Direct Sales Team, covering new business sales and account management.

  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Leading reactive and proactive sales campaigns aligned with strategic goals.
    • Managing customer pipelines—either through new business development or caseload retention.
    • Handling inbound/outbound sales calls (via phone/Teams) and email-based interactions.
    • Supporting warm leads from the sales inbox and collaborating across teams to deliver tailored expertise.
    • Analysing sales trends and insights to drive data-driven business decisions and continuous improvement.

Location & Work Pattern:

  • Based in Wakefield (WF1), with full-time (35 hours/week) flexible working hours (8am–6pm).
  • Open to part-time or job share applications—ideal for those with local commuting access.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to new business sales campaigns and existing customer growth strategies.
  • Meet individual sales targets, deadlines, and KPIs with a customer-focused approach.
  • Deliver consistent outbound sales outreach (cold/warm leads) and maintain high retention rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales strategies and customer service.
  • Continuous performance improvement through trend analysis and stakeholder input.

About You

We’re seeking:

  • Confident, target-driven professionals with proven sales experience (recruitment or call centre valuable).
  • Resilience, drive, and enthusiasm for handling cold/warm outreach and account management.
  • Strong analytical skills to review performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.

Essential:

  • Evidence of sea-sawing cold/warm leads into sales pipeline.
  • Friendly, customer-service orientated mindset with a passion for hitting targets.
  • Ability to work proactively between 8am–6pm, in Wakefield.
