Customer Sales Specialist

Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week | Weekend Availability Required

Are you a people person with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment where no two days are the same? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business looking for a motivated Customer Sales Specialist to join their friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers, achieving sales targets and being part of a supportive, close-knit team.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience from the moment they arrive. You'll take the time to understand each customer's needs, recommend the most suitable solutions and provide exceptional service throughout their journey.

Alongside delivering excellent customer service, you'll help maintain high standards across the site, support daily operations and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive first impression.
  • Build rapport with customers and confidently recommend products and services that meet their needs.
  • Support the team in achieving sales and service targets.
  • Process enquiries, bookings and customer transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming environment.
  • Assist with the day-to-day running of the branch and support colleagues where needed.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a positive, enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
  • Enjoys speaking with customers and providing excellent service.
  • Is confident working towards sales goals.
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Is organised, reliable and takes pride in their work.
  • Is flexible and able to work a variety of weekday and weekend shifts.

Previous experience in retail, sales or customer service is beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in sales and customer service.
