Customer Sales & Support Administrator – Volvo Truck & Bus Centre North & Scotland

Location: UK | Hybrid (North & Scotland) Travel: Frequent (2 days a week based at Glasgow West) Reports to: Regional Customer Sales & Support Manager

A dynamic role in the Customer Sales & Support Administrator position at Volvo Truck and Bus Centre North & Scotland is now available.

You will play a key role in developing operational expertise while refining your professional growth within the business, with the opportunity to drive improvement and build future leadership skills.


What You Will Do

As a Customer Sales & Support Administrator, you will take ownership of multiple responsibilities with room for initiating innovative ideas to streamline processes, enhance business performance, and deliver an outstanding experience for both colleagues and customers.

  • Oversee end-to-end contract portfolio management to ensure accountability
  • Co-ordinate customer relationship management processes and work closely with stakeholders to maximise business support for sales excellence
  • Lead the regional customer satisfaction programme
    • Provide a single voice externally to customers
    • Develop initiatives to maximise customer responsiveness
    • Deliver management reporting to highlight performance trends and actionable improvements for continuous enhancement
  • Proactively manage contract expirations and extensions using Volvo’s internal systems
  • Co-ordinate vehicle servicing requirements with service providers based on data in Volvo systems
  • Organise and promote regional parts events and campaigns (internal/externally)
    • Ensure alignment with the Volvo brand image
    • Deliver tangible value for both customers and the business
    • Build a broader industry network and deepen subject-matter expertise
  • Coordinate with central marketing to support regional and local marketing initiatives across North & Scotland
  • Provide business intelligence on taxi-registers, market share, and vehicle registrations, helping to drive sales growth
  • Assist the Service Market Director in analysing vehicle fleets to leverage insights on parts and labour market opportunities
  • Lead colleague communications for internal engagement
    • Be the determining force in producing tailored content
    • Demonstrate an appetite for becoming a leader in colleague engagement
  • Remain flexible to support other reasonable mandates from management where appropriate
