About the Role

This is a self-directed, remote opportunity where your focus is on building relationships and helping people find the right development pathway for their goals.

Your role will include:

  • Connecting with people who are interested in personal and professional growth
  • Having genuine conversations to understand their goals and where they want to go next
  • Introducing leadership and personal development programmes that suit their needs
  • Building and managing relationships through online platforms
  • Following up with prospective clients and maintaining a consistent pipeline
  • Continuing your own learning through training, mentorship and professional development
