About the Role
This is a self-directed, remote opportunity where your focus is on building relationships and helping people find the right development pathway for their goals.
Your role will include:
- Connecting with people who are interested in personal and professional growth
- Having genuine conversations to understand their goals and where they want to go next
- Introducing leadership and personal development programmes that suit their needs
- Building and managing relationships through online platforms
- Following up with prospective clients and maintaining a consistent pipeline
- Continuing your own learning through training, mentorship and professional development

- Have at least five years' management or leadership experience
- Enjoy working with people and building strong relationships
- Communicate confidently and professionally

- Can commit at least 15 hours per week
