Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy building lasting relationships with business customers? At NetGiant, you'll play a key role in supporting our B2B customers, delivering first-class customer service while taking a proactive approach to building relationships and identifying opportunities to add value. This is a varied role combining inbound customer support with outbound customer engagement, where you'll build lasting relationships, identify opportunities and help drive customer loyalty. This is a customer-focused role where outstanding service, proactive account management and building long-term customer relationships are recognised, rewarded and supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service through inbound telephone and email enquiries.
- Build and develop strong relationships with business customers.
- Proactively contact customers to discuss upcoming requirements, check satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Introduce relevant products and services that add genuine value to customers.
- Re-engage dormant accounts and encourage customers to trade with us again.
- Accurately maintain customer information and activity within our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Experience & Knowledge
- Experience in customer service, internal sales or account management.
- Confident communicating with customers by telephone and email.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Experience within a B2B environment would be advantageous.

- Friendly, confident and professional.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Commercially aware, with the ability to identify opportunities whilst always putting the customer first.
