Lakeland Dairies Co-operative Society Limited (The Group) is the second largest dairy processor on the island of Ireland. The business is complex and ambitious with a milk supply pool of 2 billion litres of milk, drawn from over 3,200 family farms across 16 counties.
With the most modern dairy manufacturing facilities in 8 locations on a cross-border basis, the Group supplies to a broad customer base including some of the world’s foremost ‘blue chip’ companies across the dairy food ingredients, foodservice and consumer food channels on a domestic Ireland, UK, European and global basis. Internationally we export some 240 different products to over 100 countries worldwide.
The Group’s Agribusiness Division (Lakeland Agri) operates a state-of-the-art Animal Feed Manufacturing Facility and is a leading and innovative provider of the highest quality feeds and agricultural inputs to dairy, beef, and sheep farmers across the north and south of Ireland.
Applications are invited for the above position that will be based at our Bromley site.
The Role
This key role will support our International Department by providing a wide range of administrative assistance. The successful applicant will play an important part in ensuring our customers receive a consistently high level of service, while helping the International Customer Service team operate efficiently and effectively at all times.

Key responsibilities will include (Not limited to):
- Ensure all international orders are processed accurately and acknowledged within stipulated time scales, including new account creation.
- Liaise with production planning and shipping departments to ensure all delivery targets are met.
- Be constantly aware of the status of each customer’s financial, production, dispatch and shipping status and communicate with international customers on these matters.
- Maintain international pricing accuracy by way of regular review process.
- Timely capture of customer complaints and follow to resolution.
- Assist with third party warehouse management, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Accurate generation, validation and maintenance of International Freight Accrual data.
- Input and maintain vital data on which international business relies.
- Work closely with International Account Managers to ensure alignment of customer expectations.

Our team are seeking an individual who is organised, proactive and detail-driven who thrives in a busy office environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly.

- Strong administrative experience gained in a fast-paced office setting.
- Knowledge of export procedures and terminology, with confidence handling related documentation.
- High level of computer literacy, including solid proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage clearly and professionally.
- Outstanding organisational ability, able to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage competing responsibilities.
- A meticulous, systematic approach, with exceptional attention to detail in every aspect of your work.
- Flexibility and adaptability, thriving in a dynamic environment and responding positively to change.
A qualification in Microsoft Office or relevant computer training would be desirable.
