About the Role
We’re recruiting for two detail-oriented and proactive Customer Services Administration Supports to join our National Customer Service Team based in Alfreton at GXO.
You’ll play a critical role in delivering a smooth, accurate, and responsive service to our NHS customers. Your work will help healthcare professionals receive what they need, when they need it.
These are full-time, permanent positions, working Monday to Friday (09:00 – 17:00).

Key Responsibilities
On a typical day, you’ll be responsible for:
- Logging and managing customer enquiries via the call management system
- Investigating and resolving issues within agreed service guidelines
- Coordinating urgent orders and stock requests across departments
- Managing returns and credits with meticulous attention to detail
- Advising healthcare teams on product alternatives and placing orders on their behalf
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong planning and time management abilities
- A customer-first mindset and ability to work well in a team
- Confidence using IT systems (e.g., Word, Excel; knowledge of bespoke systems is a bonus)
- Previous customer service or admin support experience
