Role Purpose
The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for providing accurate and efficient administrative support to the Customer Service and KANE Account Management teams.
The role ensures customer quotations, orders, service documentation and loan equipment are processed professionally and in line with Company standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Customer Service and KAM Manager
- Process quotes and orders, take payments for sales and service orders
- Deal with Service Administration queries
- Control of loan units - booking them in/out, managing our loan dashboard.
- Deal with any general queries via telephone or email.
- Provide back up support for incoming phone calls
- Provide admin support to the Field Sales Team
Person Specification
Essential
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment

Desirable
- Experience working in a manufacturing or product-based business
- Experience using CRM or ERP systems
