Customer Service Administrator (3-6 months Fixed-Term Contract)
Customer Service Administration Support – Financial Services
We’re looking to hire extra support across Customer Services in our financial services sector. If you’re immediately available and eager to gain experience, this is a great opportunity to start your career in financial administration.
About the Role
The purpose of this role is to provide essential administration support for transfer processes across our product offerings. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling communications with customers, third parties, and internal business areas
- Administering transfer cases efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records in our databases
- Monitoring case progress and updating systems
- Writing and sending letters and emails
- Working seamlessly with internal systems
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting all stages of transfer processes for our financial products
- Managing customer and third-party communications professionally
- Ensuring data integrity through careful record-keeping
- Writing clear and concise correspondence (emails, letters, updates)
- Minimum of 5 *GCSEs (grades 9-4 or A-C)**, including Maths and English
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Competent in Word, Excel, and Outlook, with basic data entry experience
- Ability to work under pressure, to deadlines, and unsupervised

Working Conditions
- Location: Manchester
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:45–17:15 (flexibility for occasional Saturday work)
