Customer Service Administrator (3-6 months Fixed-Term Contract)
Immediate Support Role – Customer Services Admin
We're now looking to hire support across a number of our teams within our Customer Services area. If you're immediately available and looking to gain experience in the financial services, this could be a great opportunity for you!
Purpose of the Role
To provide administration support for transfers and processes across our product offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling communications between customers, third parties, and other business areas
- Administering transfer cases
- Maintaining accurate records on our databases
- Consistently monitoring the progress of cases
- Producing letters and emails
- Working efficiently with internal systems
Knowledge & Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (grades 9-4 or A-C)* — including Maths and English
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure, and unsupervised when necessary

Hours & Working Pattern
Monday–Friday: 08:45–17:15 (with potential to work occasional Saturdays if preferred)
