Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Exeter
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, Full Time

The Company
We are recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing organisation based in Exeter that is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with its customers.
This is a fantastic temporary to permanent opportunity for someone looking to secure a long-term role within a friendly and supportive team. You will play a key part in supporting customers, managing administration, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
The Role
- Provide administrative support across customer service and operational teams to ensure smooth day-to-day service delivery
- Monitor and manage incoming customer enquiries, emails, and system notifications, ensuring requests are allocated and actioned efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records and regularly update internal systems and databases
- Support booking administration, including confirmations, amendments, and customer documentation
- Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve queries and provide timely updates
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and with a high level of attention to detail

Skills, Experience & Knowledge Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, client support, operations, or a similar office-based role
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn new systems
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
- Available to start immediately and looking for a long-term opportunity
