Customer Services Administrator
Location: Desford, Leicester

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Due to continued growth, Amore Facilities Management is looking to recruit a Customer Services Administrator to join our friendly and fast-growing team based in Desford, Leicester. About the Role
As a Customer Services Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our National Facilities Management Operations. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while coordinating commercial property maintenance works for our clients.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with key customers regarding commercial property maintenance requirements.
- Managing and updating jobs through our CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) system.
- Recording and maintaining accurate job and customer data.
- Contacting subcontractors to obtain updates on works and ensure jobs are progressing as planned.
- Providing excellent customer service over the telephone and via email.
- Supporting the wider operations team with a variety of administrative tasks.

About You
The successful candidate will have:
- An excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
- Good IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Previous administration or customer service experience is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided, so we're looking for the right attitude and willingness to learn just as much as previous experience.
