Customer Service Administrator
- Cumbernauld (G67 3HX) - William Wilson - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

As a Customer Service Administrator based in Cumbernauld, you’ll be responsible for:
- Processing sales orders received daily
- Answering calls from contractors, end users and drivers pertaining to daily deliveries
- Make pre-delivery calls to end users to ensure access for deliveries
- File paperwork according to guidelines
- Post materials to end users
- Attend to callers when picking up materials for install
- Buy materials from supplier buying reports
- Completing a H&S course to ensure safe working
This is a 6 month fixed term contract working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday 08.00am - 5.00pm.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Previous Customer Service experience and strong Administrative skills.
- The ability to juggle enquiries.
- Capability to work well under pressure and pick up new systems/processes quickly.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- A strong work ethic and a desire to work as part of a team.
