Customer Service Administrator

  • Cumbernauld (G67 3HX) - William Wilson - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

As a Customer Service Administrator based in Cumbernauld, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Processing sales orders received daily
  • Answering calls from contractors, end users and drivers pertaining to daily deliveries
  • Make pre-delivery calls to end users to ensure access for deliveries
  • File paperwork according to guidelines
  • Post materials to end users
  • Attend to callers when picking up materials for install
  • Buy materials from supplier buying reports
  • Completing a H&S course to ensure safe working

This is a 6 month fixed term contract working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday 08.00am - 5.00pm.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • Previous Customer Service experience and strong Administrative skills.
  • The ability to juggle enquiries.
  • Capability to work well under pressure and pick up new systems/processes quickly.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • A strong work ethic and a desire to work as part of a team.
