About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused, highly organised professional to assume a critical customer-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Main customer interaction point for inquiries about orders, lead times, and product availability.
- Build and sustain relationships through accurate and timely communication via phone, Teams, and email, delivering real-time updates on:
- Orders, inventory, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Manage end-to-end order process, including:
- Contract review and order entry.
- Stock verification and tracking.
- Ensuring on-time, expectation-aligned deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with minimum quantity, pricing, and Export Control regulations.
- Monitor order commitments while collaborating with internal teams:
- Supply Chain, Customer Service, Quality, Dispatch, and Production, to resolve issues efficiently.

Working Arrangements:
- Core days: Monday – Thursday with a flexi start (07:45 – 08:15), finishing between 16:30 to 17:15 (dependent on start time).
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM (half day).
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Qualified to A-Level or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
- Customer service experience preferred (not compulsory).
Competencies:
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills.
- Excel proficiency with basic MRP/Material Requirements Planning experience (minimum).
- Highly organised, with attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Analytical, with problem-solving and decision-making strengths.
- Customer-focused mindset and a positive, professional attitude.
- Confident handling customer interactions, with expertise in real-time order updates.
