About This Role
Are you a Customer Service Administrator looking for your next opportunity, or perhaps an experienced Administrator, Customer Support Coordinator or Service Administrator looking for a fresh challenge? Our Customer Service Administrator role with Dawsongroup Truck and Trailer could be exactly what you've been looking for, providing a vital link between our customers, operational teams and fleet support functions from our Milton Keynes office.
This is a fully office-based role where you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service, supporting compliance processes and ensuring customers receive the highest standard of support throughout their journey with us.
- Coordinate compliance documentation to ensure vehicles and trailers are legally compliant before handover to customers
- Monitor and support scheduled maintenance events, ensuring service level agreements are achieved
- Compile and distribute maintenance, compliance and management information reports
- Support customers with breakdowns, replacement vehicles and day-to-day account administration
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve queries and maximise fleet utilisation

You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where organisation, communication and customer service are at the heart of what you do. You're someone who takes pride in delivering a great experience and enjoys building positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Previous experience within a customer service, administration or business support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent planning, organisation and time management abilities
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of transport, logistics or distribution would be beneficial but is not essential
