From its factory in the UK, Ashwood Designs hand-builds furniture that reflects the best of British design and craftsmanship.
Role Description
The Customer Service Administrator is a full-time, fixed term on-site role based in Aberdare. This position is responsible for handling customer inquiries by phone and email, dealing with all customer concerns from receipt to completion ensuring the customer has a satisfactory outcome. Daily tasks include:

- Processing customer concerns
- Updating customer records
- Coordinating with production
- Resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
The role also involves:
- Monitoring customer feedback
- Maintaining clear documentation of customer interactions
The successful candidate will help ensure a smooth customer journey and a positive experience that supports Ashwood Designs’ reputation for quality.
Qualifications
- Ability to deliver strong Customer Service and Customer Support in a professional manner.
- Skills to enhance Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience through proactive follow-up and problem resolution.
- Clear and confident Communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with office software and customer databases; strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience in an administration role ideally within manufacturing, retail, or a similar environment.
- 2 years experience in a customer service environment
