As DIY Building Supplies continues to grow, we're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join our team.
This is a key role within the business and will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping ensure every enquiry is handled professionally and efficiently.

- Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries to the relevant department
- Responding to customer service enquiries via phone and email
- Providing delivery updates and assisting with order queries
- Managing customer information and enquiries using our CRM system
- Updating customer records and ensuring information is accurate
- Managing the company inbox and distributing enquiries to the appropriate team
- Providing general administrative support across the business
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, professional and approachable
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident speaking with customers over the phone
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (or quick to learn new software)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a positive attitude
