Optimum Golf Technologies (OGT) is the exclusive distribution partner and support centre for Foresight Sports and Bushnell Golf across the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. As leaders in golf technology, we provide the industry’s leading trade and consumer products—from launch monitors like GC3, GCQuad, and Foresight Falcon to the number one Rangefinder on the Tour.

Based in Guildford, Surrey, Optimum Golf Technologies is one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the golf industry today. Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a passionate, driven, and organised Customer Service Administrator to join our Bushnell Golf team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inquiries via telephone or email promptly to enhance customer service experience
  • Process and resolve customer support requests and product returns
  • Contact prospective customers via telephone and email
  • Accurately record and log interaction with our trade customers and updates account information on CRM
  • Receive and process incoming orders to high level of accuracy
  • Monthly sales replenishment calls
  • Contribute to bottom line sales, by increasing customer satisfaction
  • Communication with warehouses in both UK & EU, placing orders & queries
  • Enter and update customer data in the company database
  • Provide full support to the UK & EU field sales team and learn from their expertise
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and attend training as required
  • Collaborate with logistics and stock teams to monitor orders and resolve issues
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to provide insights to the team
