Role Summary
We are currently seeking ambitious, motivated individuals to join our energetic telephony-based Pension Administration team within our EQ contact centres. Located in Liverpool City Centre, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service to over 1.5 million customers across the UK. Comprehensive training will be provided, ensuring you’ll confidently handle every call and deliver outstanding support.
This role is not sales-oriented, but you’ll be expected to meet some realistic key performance indicators. Our working hours operate on a rotational schedule from 08:30–17:30, Monday to Friday, aligning with our healthy work/life balance commitment.

You’ll be part of a highly engaged, dynamic organisation committed to excellent customer service, with full constant support from experienced colleagues in our collaborative Enquiry Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and communication
- Exercise excellent attention to detail
- Resolve member telephone enquiries after gaining an in-depth understanding of pension schemes through our in-house training programme
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
Requirements
- Education: GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade C or above)
- Soft Skills: Ability to form strong working relationships and collaborate effectively
- Eligibility: Must have resided in the UK for 5+ years to undertake enhanced security clearance
