Job Description
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience for our direct clients, network depots, and drivers. You will support the smooth running of daily operations by delivering accurate communication, handling queries, and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients, depots, drivers, and internal departments
- Respond to telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and goodwill
- Handle customer queries and complaints effectively and efficiently
- Support drivers with delivery queries and resolve operational challenges
- Generate customer quotes and manage requests accurately
- Ensure all data entry and documentation is completed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Complete daily reports on time and to company standards
- Maintain strong communication and teamwork across departments
- Continuously improve working practices and personal performance
- Adhere to company health and safety policies and procedures
- Provide flexibility to support rotational shift patterns and business needs

We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Can manage a busy workload and meet deadlines consistently
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Is confident dealing with a range of stakeholders, including customers and drivers
- Demonstrates a proactive and solutions-focused approach
