Customer Service Administrator
Location: Sevenoaks Medical Centre, Sevenoaks
Hours: 40 hours per week, Permanent Contract
Salary: £26436.80 per annum
Shift Pattern: Monday to Saturday between 7.30am and 8.30pm on a rota basis.
Additional Requirement: Occasional shifts at our Royal Tunbridge Wells Clinic

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Sevenoaks Medical Centre.
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring our patients, visitors, consultants and colleagues receive a professional, warm and efficient service. Acting as a first point of contact, you will support multiple departments including Reception, Outpatients, Imaging and wider administrative functions, helping to create a positive and memorable experience for every patient who visits our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a professional, friendly, and efficient reception and administration service, always ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
- Manage patient appointments, including booking, amending, and cancelling appointments across multiple departments, while maintaining accurate patient records.
- Respond to patient, consultant and stakeholder enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions, providing timely and accurate information.
- Provide administrative support to clinical and non-clinical teams, including managing clinic diaries, processing correspondence, and maintaining confidential records in line with GDPR requirements.
- Process payments, handle routine administrative tasks and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the Sevenoaks Medical Centre and, when required, the Royal Tunbridge Wells Clinic.

Essential
What you'll bring
- 5 GCSEs grade 4 and above (or equivalent) including English and Maths
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
Desirable
- Previous healthcare or hospital administration experience
