This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • 3 days per week
  • Every other Saturday (9:30am–2:30pm)
  • Weekdays: 9:00am–5:00pm
  • As we approach our busy Festive Season, hours may increase to 4 days per week, including Sunday working

About The Role

Based at our Brigg Garden Centre Offices, you will be part of a small, friendly, and dynamic team handling customer enquiries, event bookings, and supporting marketing activities. This role requires someone who is organised, confident, and able to work calmly under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, social media, and email
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the British Garden Centres Group to resolve issues
  • Manage event bookings, queries, and amendments using internal systems
  • Compile and produce reports using relevant data
  • Maintain Family Card records and support related customer queries
  • Provide support across customer service and marketing activities
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive records and financial information
  • Identify and report trends in customer feedback to support continuous improvement
