About the Role
Our Contact Centre operates between 7:30am–7pm (Monday to Friday). Full-time roles are currently available, with shift patterns tailored to team availability post-appointment.
- Work in the office for three days per week

- Starting salary: £25,000 (for a 35-hour week)
- Fixed pay increments:
- First increment of £750 after probation (upon meeting eligibility)
- Second increment of £750 after completing a 12-month competency assessment

Eligibility & Employment Terms
Applications are open to:
- UK residents aged 18 or over
- Candidates with a valid right to work in the UK
UNLISTED NOTE: This is a full-time role requiring 35 hours per week. If you hold a student visa restricting weekly hours, unfortunately, your application cannot proceed further.
