About the Role

Our Contact Centre operates between 7:30am–7pm (Monday to Friday). Full-time roles are currently available, with shift patterns tailored to team availability post-appointment.

  • Work in the office for three days per week
  • Flexible workspace, including the option to request workplace adjustments after joining

  • Starting salary: £25,000 (for a 35-hour week)
  • Fixed pay increments:
    • First increment of £750 after probation (upon meeting eligibility)
    • Second increment of £750 after completing a 12-month competency assessment
