About the Role

Join our vibrant and customer-focused team in our Nottingham-based Customer Experience Centre. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll make a meaningful impact daily by guiding customers through their needs with precision, ensuring effortless resolutions.

Your contributions will elevate every customer interaction, and you’ll benefit from structured growth opportunities. Daily tasks will include solutions with the aid of AI-driven tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and AI-assisted tools
  • Deliver a superior and memorable customer experience consistently
  • Maintain regulatory compliance during all interactions
  • Continuously expand knowledge of products/services

Further Details

  • Role Type: Analyst / Coordinator (roles vary in shift patterns)
  • Employment Options: Full-time or part-time (minimum 20 hours for part-time)
  • Start Date: 01 September 2026
  • Selection: Face-to-face interviews scheduled in July

Training & Onboarding

  • Mandatory 4-week classroom-based training (09:00 – 17:00 daily, NG2 office, all sessions must be attended without annual leave).
  • Following training, switch to a hybrid model (2 office days Mon/Tue), with broader adherence to:
    • Rotational shifts (Mon–Sat, planned 5 days EOW 8:00 AM – 7:15 PM).

Requirements

  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service (including challenging moments)
  • Comfort in a performance-driven, target-focused work environment
  • Strong experience with computer systems
  • High resilience – ability to communicate calmly under pressure
  • Preferred: Prior experience in a contact centre role
