About the Role
Our Customer Solutions Centre Advisors are the face of Solus, the first trusted point of contact for our customers. Working in partnership with Aviva, you’ll live and breathe our values and work principles—understanding that every customer has a unique story, unique needs, and deserves compassionate, listened-to support.
With full training provided, you’ll use our diagnostic tools to quickly and accurately assess basic vehicle issues and guide customers toward the best repair solution. While no two calls are the same, what matters above all is listening, problem-solving, and driving outcomes that build trust and confidence.
You’ll join a supportive team in Nr. Warrington, a group that’s driving not just local but national change—connecting our customers and colleagues across the UK to improve and shape customer experiences everywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact, delivering clear, empathetic, and professional customer service
- Use training, in-house diagnostics tools, and expert systems to assess vehicle issues and propose the best repair solution for each customer
- Take ownership of every customer enquiry, ensuring they’re confidently guided through next steps and solutions
- Identify ways to enhance customer satisfaction and help raise the bar of what customer-focused teamwork looks like at Solus
- Collaborate every day with colleagues in Warrington’s contact centre, as well as our repair network across the UK

What We’re Looking For
✅ A genuine passion for customer service—drive every interaction by putting people first ✅ Strong communication & active listening skills—primary focus on ensuring customers feel heard ✅ Confidence to make decisions independently, take ownership, and responsibility for customer outcomes ✅ Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment as part of a dynamic, collaborative team ✅ No formal expertise required—driver training provided—but an interest in automotive or technical solutions is a plus
