Sherry FitzGerald New Homes is the largest specialist team of New Homes property advisors and sales agents in Ireland. Our clients include some of the most established developers in Ireland and we are managing many of their largest new homes schemes nationally.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Dublin team on a 2-year fixed contract.

This role is centred on delivering an excellent level of service, building relationships, and supporting customers in their journey to finding a new home.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for all New Homes customer enquiries, ensuring all communications are handled professionally and promptly.
  • Respond to all email enquiries, online registrations, web and telephone enquiries, both inbound and outbound.
  • Understand each customer’s needs and tailor outstanding service, to exceed customer expectations.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the New Homes Sales team.
  • Coordinate and schedule viewing appointments for New Homes developments.
  • Update the Team Manager with weekly activity and highlights.
  • Provide update to the team at the Weekly team meeting.
  • Support the implementation and adherence to New Homes sales processes and operational procedures.
  • Ensure all customer correspondence is accurate and appropriate and applicant database is held confidentially and up to date.
  • Liaise with branch offices to ensure they have up to date development information and all sales brochures.
  • Identify opportunities to refer business across the wider Sherry FitzGerald Group.
  • Actively embrace the Customer Insights process and the feedback from clients and assist in implementing any necessary changes.
  • Assist with New Homes launches as required.
  • Undertake additional duties and projects to support the New Homes team as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service/sales environment (Experience within the property sector would be beneficial but is not essential).
  • Previous telephone experience is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Highly motivated, proactive and capable of taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and experience with CRM systems would be advantageous.
