Sales and Retention Customer Service Advisor
Location: Newcastle – Office based Salary: £26,550 + OTE of £3,000–£9,600 per annum Contract: Full-time – permanent Hours: 40 hours over 5 days (Mon–Fri: 8am–7:15pm, alternate Sat: 9am–5:15pm) Start Date: 3rd August 2026 (Note: Holidays in first 4–5 weeks will require prior approval) Interview Dates: 6th–15th July 2026

Your Responsibilities
- Drive sales targets while retaining customers nearing the end of their policies
- Engage customers with confidence to deliver outstanding outcomes on every call
- Identify customer needs, recommend tailored products, and resolve queries effectively
- Use available tools and systems to optimise service and customer satisfaction
- Stay calm under pressure—especially during peak call volumes—to maintain consistency
