Customer Service Advisor – Salisbury (Ref: VA3982)

Monday – Friday (No weekends) – Competitive salary plus bonus

About the Role

At Steer Automotive Group, we uphold Excellence, Innovation, and Integrity in every interaction. As the friendly, professional, and highly organised Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the welcoming face and voice of our busy automotive repair centre, directly shaping the customer experience from first contact to vehicle collection.


Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet customers both in-person and over the phone
  • Manage repair bookings, vehicle handovers, and process updates
  • Liaise with technicians, insurers, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication
  • Handle and resolve customer queries/issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records with a strong attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in customer service or administration (automotive experience helpful but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask efficiently
  • Strong IT proficiency with adaptability to new systems
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service
