Customer Service Advisor
Customer Services Advisor – Homes Team (Hybrid Role)
Location: Speke Employer: Pinnacle Group
Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit a skilled Customer Services Advisor to join our Homes Team.
About the Role
This is a full-time role with a rotating shift pattern (7.30am – 9.30pm, Monday–Sunday), including:
- 2 weekends in 10
- 2 later shifts in 10
This is a hybrid role with fixed office days on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls related to repairs, enquiries, and complaints
- Providing accurate diagnoses and resolving customer concerns
- Maintaining clear, detailed records within IT systems
You’ll need exceptional communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle repairs, home enquiries, and complaint calls, ensuring accurate logging and replies
- Diagnose and record repairs accurately in IT systems
- Provide clear communication to customers, ensuring appointments are timely and resolutions are reached efficiently
- Collaborate with RAMS teams to maintain transparency
- Deliver high-quality service to armed forces families
- Ensure no appointment conflicts and drive prompt resolutions
Key Requirements
- Strong customer service experience (minimum 1 year in a verbal/communications role)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners
- Exceptional telephone manner
- Willingness to undergo a SC security clearance check
