Customer Service Advisor
Customer Service Advisor – Driver Desk (20 hours per week)
Location: Swindon – Hybrid

About the Role
Our Driver Desk team supports 200,000+ drivers, handling enquiries from:
- Scheduling MOTs
- Connecting drivers with roadside assistance
- Resolving multiple other queries
Most interactions occur over telephone, but emails are also handled.
Key notes:
- No car knowledge required! You’ll complete a 5-week training programme before joining calls.
- High-volume, high-stakes support—variety keeps it engaging.

The Package
✅ Salary: Up to £27,976 basic (annual) ✅ Bonus: Up to £1,100 ✅ Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays + an extra day for Birthdays ✅ Benefits:
