What is the opportunity?
Working as part of a dynamic team you will have the opportunity to work closely with our vehicle suppliers and other business partners to improve your communication and customer care skills.
This is an exciting opportunity that will enable you to build your career within Marshall Leasing and the wider Bank of Ireland business community.
In This Role, You Will
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure audit accountability for all activities.
- Provide detailed and accurate vehicle quotes for products direct to employees and employers and communicate relevant client feedback to support sales.
- Receive and check all vehicle orders and validate against existing risk limits set by the business.
- Liaise with clients, their employees, dealers and suppliers to specify and order vehicles to customer requirements.
- Monitor vehicle order progress and ensure delays or other concerns are shared with all parties, explained and resolved within acceptable timescales.
What will make you stand out?
- Office based customer service experience including both over the phone and by email, with occasionally face to face meetings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service focus, demonstrating high standards in every customer interaction.
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team or with sole focus.
- Effective planning and prioritisation.
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) capability beyond beginner level.
- A knowledge of vehicle leasing and/or vehicles an advantage but not essential

Marshall Leasing is a trading division of N.I.I.B. Group Ltd, trading as Northridge Finance, which in turn is a 100% subsidiary of the Bank of Ireland (UK) Plc. Marshall Leasing is a fleet management and contract hire business positioned at number 17 in Fleet News (FN)50. The business has grown to a fleet size of around 14,000 vehicles and focuses on the provision of personal and flexible customer service
