Customer Service Advisor
Customer Service Advisor – Willenhall, UK

What You Would Do as Our Customer Service Advisor
As our Customer Service Advisor, you will provide expert guidance and interact with customers to resolve queries related to Door Hardware Group products and services. This role involves:
- Processing customer orders
- Promoting relevant tools to customers
- Supporting and updating customers on their order status and delivery details
- Providing first-line technical support for customer queries
Additionally, you will:
- Answer customer calls while adhering to Door Hardware Group’s Service Level Agreements
- Ensure all calls are properly closed post-interaction
- Handle and resolve issues involving price holds, stock holds, and credit holds to deliver exceptional customer service
- Accurately record interactions in our CRM system, maintaining up-to-date customer data
- Resolve complaints and escalate to the Customer Services Manager as needed for timely resolution

- Experience working in a busy, customer-focused environment
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and solve problems efficiently
- A friendly, professional telephone manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and strong computer skills
- Confidence and resilience in dealing with conflict and difficult individuals
