Customer Service Advisor – Driver Desk
40 hours Swindon – Hybrid

About The Role
With a fleet of over 200,000 vehicles, we have a lot of drivers to take care of. Our Driver Desk team is the first point of call for drivers, dealing with a wide variety of queries, from:
- Booking MOTs
- Connecting drivers with our roadside assistance provider
- Resolving vehicle-related inquiries

The Package
We offer:
- Starting salary of up to £27,976 per year, plus a bonus of up to £1,100
- 25 days’ holiday per year, plus all bank holidays + 1 extra day for your birthday

New hires will complete a structured 5-week training programme. After that, you’ll receive lots of support from your team and manager. Once confident, you’ll be able to work hybrid (50% office, 50% home.
