Customer Service Advisor – Automotive/Services Role
Location: Halfords Autocentres / Retail Stores Contract: Permanent
Compensation & Benefits
- On-target earnings up to £34,440
- Base salary: £30,000–£32,240
- Uncapped monthly bonus (average additional £2,200/year)
- Full-time (5 days per week)

About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with:
- Job bookings via in-house systems
- Resolving technical queries and concerns
- Ensuring open, respectful communications
Halfords is expanding rapidly, focusing on automotive services and electric mobility. You’ll join a dynamic team driving innovation in the sector.
Requirements & Qualifications
Essential
- Strong customer service – Proven ability to deliver excellent service under pressure
- IT proficiency (comfortable with booking systems)
- Professional demeanour in handling difficult situations
- Target-driven (experience meeting or exceeding goals)
- Full driver’s license with <9 penalty points (collection/delivery of vehicles is required)
- Full-time availability (5 days per week commitment)
