Giacom is the only provider of Comms, Cloud, Hardware and Billing through one platform. Our platform connects technology resellers and service providers to the best IT, Comms and Cloud products and services so they can create brilliant technology solutions for UK businesses.
We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our partner success team. As the first point of contact for our partners, you'll play a key role in providing support, resolving queries and ensuring every interaction is a positive experience.

What you'll be doing
- Supporting partners with a wide range of enquiries via phone, email and live chat.
- Taking ownership of queries from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Building strong relationships with partners and providing guidance on our products and services.
- Working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver the best possible outcomes.
- Proactively reaching out to partners to provide support and help them get the most from our platform.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating account information where required.
- Supporting partners through account changes, upgrades and service requests.
- Demonstrating our systems and helping partners confidently use our services.

Your Experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a professional, friendly approach.
- Experience in customer service or sales, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word).
- A positive, proactive attitude and attention to detail.
