The Ideal Candidate:
- Administration/Customer Service experience. (Essential)
- Relationship building/Customer service skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with multiple contractors, assessors, and clients.
- Exceptional administration and customer service skills
- Excellent coordination and attention to detail
- Experience working with Microsoft Office and scheduling/CRM tools (monday.com, NetSuite)
- Able to manage workload effectively and work well within a team

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage scheduling for Retrofit Assessments, PIBI, and EPC/EPR appointments in line with project timelines.
- Schedule and sequence the full range of construction and retrofit activities, including but not limited to: CWI Infill (Cavity Wall Insulation), Solar PV installation, Scaffold Assembly and Dismantle, Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) installation, Air Tightness Tests, Asbestos Surveys, Remedial works, Ventilation measures including DMEV, Lap Vents, Trickle Vents, Loft Insulation and Loft Hatch installation, Internal Electrics, Door Undercuts, External Doors and Windows installation
- Ensure each phase of work is scheduled in the correct order, coordinating with installers, assessors, and residents.
- Accurately update and maintain scheduling software and internal databases.
- Act as the first point of contact for booking enquiries, resident communication, and scheduling adjustments.
- Escalate booking conflicts or resource issues and support phased delivery by reallocating appointments where needed.
- Work with the team to identify opportunities to automate scheduling tasks and streamline workflow.
- Generate and maintain KPI reports and provide insights to management on scheduler performance.
- Support general administrative duties and contribute to continuous improvement within the Scheduling Team.
