Customer Service Advisor (Part-Time)

Stockport £26,000 Full-Time Equivalent (Pro Rata) 2-3 Days Per Week (Thursday & Friday + Monday or Wednesday) Flexible Office Hours

UK Staffing Group are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive on behalf of our client, a well-established payroll services company. This is a part-time opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the phone, loves the social side of working in a close-knit team, and wants to build a long-term career in customer service.

The Role

  • Handling high-volume inbound customer queries by phone and email
  • Supporting payroll and contractor queries as part of a busy service team
  • Building strong working relationships with colleagues and contractors alike
  • Delivering a friendly, professional and efficient service, particularly during peak periods

What We're Looking For

  • Confident, friendly telephone manner
  • Strong communication skills
  • Hard-working with a genuine willingness to learn
  • 1-2 years' work experience
  • Previous phone-based experience
  • Customer service experience, particularly high-volume phone work
