We're excited to offer an opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Wates team! You'll play a key role in leading and supporting our Customer Service team, helping us deliver outstanding service to our residents.

πŸ”‘ Key Responsibilities

  • πŸš€ Champion continuous improvement to ensure excellent operational delivery and supply chain management
  • 🀝 Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • πŸ› οΈ Manage complaints effectively, identify trends, and lead service improvements
  • πŸ“… Lead a team of planners and administrators to maximise productivity and ensure compliance with company policies
  • πŸ“ˆ Support the Contract Lead in delivering a quality, customer-focused, profitable, and safe business

πŸ‘€ Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a Coordinator with experience managing scheduling and/or administrative teams in the maintenance sector. You should have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
