We're excited to offer an opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Wates team! You'll play a key role in leading and supporting our Customer Service team, helping us deliver outstanding service to our residents.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- 🚀 Champion continuous improvement to ensure excellent operational delivery and supply chain management
- 🤝 Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- 🛠️ Manage complaints effectively, identify trends, and lead service improvements
- 📅 Lead a team of planners and administrators to maximise productivity and ensure compliance with company policies
- 📈 Support the Contract Lead in delivering a quality, customer-focused, profitable, and safe business
👤 Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a Coordinator with experience managing scheduling and/or administrative teams in the maintenance sector. You should have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
