Customer Service Advisor

Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Loughborough Type: Temporary (Potential to go permanent) Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 per annum, DOE

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to fill the role of Customer Service Coordinator on a temporary basis with the potential for transition to a permanent position. This is a vital role where you will play a key part in driving customer satisfaction through handling orders, processing order details, and providing proactive team support.

  • Processing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery
  • Managing customer accounts and fostering strong relationships
  • Utilising geographic knowledge to coordinate efficient load planning
  • Performing ad hoc administrative tasks to support the wider team
