Customer Service Advisor

Are you looking for a rewarding customer service role where no two days are the same? As part of our exciting programme to bring our contact centre operations back to the UK, SES Water is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Advisors.

The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in representing SES Water and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Reporting to a Team Supervisor and Manager, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing expert support, and ensuring every interaction reflects our values of Service, Integrity, Collaboration, Commitment, Compassion, and Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to ensure the best outcomes for customers.
  • Deliver excellent service across multiple communication channels, including telephone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information and tailored advice to customers.
  • Build positive customer relationships and promote high levels of satisfaction.
  • Identify and support vulnerable customers, including those experiencing financial hardship.
  • Look for opportunities to exceed customer expectations and improve service delivery.
  • Share ideas and best practices to support continuous improvement.
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and quality assurance activities.
  • Embrace and champion business change initiatives.

This is a busy, office-based contact centre role where you will thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
