As our new Customer Service Advisor, you will receive full training and support to engage with our customers, through inbound and outbound calls, to provide solutions and support for appliance repair and care.
What weโre looking for:
- Proven experience in a customer service environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet.
- An empathetic approach to handling customer needs and concerns.
- A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Commitment to teamwork and contributing to a collaborative environment.
- A desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
