Job Description

The role of Customer Service Advisor is really important to us.

You will be responsible for answering and resolving mainly inbound & some outbound telephone and email queries from potential and existing fuel card customers.

This position will also involve promoting self-service and other value-added products to our existing customer base.

We would love to welcome you to our Crewe office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm Your responsibilities day to day will be…

  • Responding and resolving customer queries over the phone and through email
  • Answer questions about products or Radius as business
  • Drive conversation to understand customer requirements, potential issues, wants and needs
  • Keep internal communications up to date and well informed
  • Use your initiative to maintain your relationships and put feedback into practice

Qualifications

What do we expect of you?

  • Good communication skills and telephone manner
  • Driven approach to meet and exceed expectations of customers
  • Display agility to be flexible and open to customer feedback and new ways of working
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft office programmes e.g. Excel
